1. How do I find the best value for securing tee times at my preferred golf course?
Our dynamic pricing model allows you to take an advantage of special pricing at some clubs – early commitment of at least 7 days prior to your selected tee off date may result in more savings!
2. What is the minimum number of players required to make a tee time purchase?
A minimum of 2 players are required for a weekday tee time, and 3 players for a weekend tee time.
3. Can I add another/other player(s) to a non 4-ball tee time that I previously purchased?
Yes, if you have previously purchased say a particular tee time for 2 players, this tee time will be re-published on our site stating availability for another 2 players. Anyone can still buy and add players to this particular tee time.
4. Can I purchase single player slots to join my friends who have bought a particular tee time?
The general rule set up on our site to purchase any tee time is minimum 2 golfers per tee time transaction. If you are a single golfing intending to join a tee time that is not entirely filled (ie. Non 4-ball tee times), you may email us at email@example.com to request for a rule exception to allow you to purchase single slot to join such a tee time. We can then change the purchasing rule specially for you to make the single player purchase on our website.
5. What do I have to bring to the golf club on the day of play?
Upon successful payment of your tee time, you will receive an email confirmation with an invoice showing your tee time and player details. There will also be a confirmation number in the invoice. The golf club will also receive the same confirmation; but we advise you keep this invoice handy and/or proof of your identification when you check in for your round at the golf club.
6. Can I buy a tee time for today?
We do not allow same day purchase, however we allow tee time purchases up to the next day (ie. If you wish to play tomorrow, you will have to purchase your tee time by today 23:59 GMT +8)
7. Can I cancel my tee time after purchase?
Cancellation with refund is only allowed 5 days prior to tee off date. However, this will be subjected to an admin charge of S$10 per player. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 5 days of tee off date.
8. Can I reschedule my tee time to another day?
We usually do not allow any rescheduling of tee times, unless for very exceptional cases (eg. emergency, weather, illness). Wherever rescheduling is permitted by Golflan it will be subject to the golf club’s agreement. Admin fee for rescheduling applies, and if rescheduling requires any top up in fees due to the tee time being rescheduled to a more expensive tee time, the rescheduled tee time is only confirmed when you have made the required balance payment.
9. How far in advance can I purchase my tee time?
You can purchase Tee Times as far as 1 to 4 weeks in advance at our partner golf clubs. All you have to do is check the dates, and the calendar will display available dates for purchase in green.
